Trust and responsible use

Powerful tools deserve clear rules.

Narrative intelligence can be misused. Vyuha is built with limits that hold regardless of who the customer is, and we publish them so that the public we ultimately serve can hold us to them.

Our commitments

What Vyuha will and will not do.

No demographic inference

Vyuha does not infer or estimate religion, caste, ethnicity, gender, age, sexual orientation, political affiliation or any other protected attribute of any person from their posts. Analysis is about subjects and narratives, not people's identities.

  • No protected-attribute classification of any account
  • No audience segmentation by inferred identity
  • This limit applies on every plan and cannot be switched on

No profiling of private individuals

Vyuha tracks subjects, not people. Public accounts appear only as amplifiers of a tracked subject. There is no facility to build a dossier on a private individual.

  • Subjects, narratives and public actors only
  • No cross-source aggregation on named private persons
  • Public figures in their public role only

Evidence with provenance

Every summary points back to the public posts it was built from. Evidence Packs preserve sources, timestamps and transcripts as captured, with hashes so that any later change is detectable.

  • Source link on every item
  • Hashed bundles with chain of custody
  • No editing of captured evidence

Human approval on every action

Vyuha drafts; a named person approves. Nothing is posted or sent automatically, on any plan, and every outbound action is recorded.

  • No automated posting, no bots
  • Approval record on every send
  • Audit trail available to administrators

Public sources only

Vyuha never accesses private accounts, closed groups or messaging apps, and never uses your organisation's credentials to collect data.

  • Public platforms, news, feeds and public video
  • No scraping behind logins
  • Coverage follows each platform's public terms

Customer due diligence

Access is invite-only. We verify every request, we decline work that conflicts with these commitments, and we say so in writing.

  • Every request reviewed by a person
  • Conflict rules applied on request
  • Commitments written into the contract
