Product / Social listening

Hear the conversation before it becomes the headline.

Vyuha tracks the subjects you care about across X, Instagram, YouTube and the open web, in the languages your public actually uses, and turns the noise into a written read you can act on.

What it does

Complete listening on the subjects you track.

Vyuha is built for teams that are answerable for public perception, where missing a signal is expensive.

Every mention, not a sample

On the topics you register, Vyuha collects the public conversation as it happens rather than sampling a slice of it, so a small thread in one region is not lost in the average.

Languages as people write them

Monitoring in English, Hindi, Gujarati and 20+ languages, including mixed-script and transliterated posts, with regional depth where it matters.

Sentiment that reads context

Tone, stance and intent are read by Merdot 1.0, Merdot's own model, so sarcasm, regional idiom and quoted criticism are classified the way a human analyst would.

Who is driving it

See the accounts, outlets and communities that move a narrative, how fast it is spreading and where it is crossing from one platform to another.

Written, not just charted

Every topic carries a plain-language summary that a minister, a CEO or a control room can read in under three minutes.

Alerts on the change, not the volume

Get notified when the shape of a conversation shifts: new claims, new actors, new regions, a sudden change of tone.

Use cases

Where social listening earns its keep.

  1. Policy and scheme launches

Follow how an announcement lands across regions and languages in the first 48 hours, and brief spokespeople with what is actually being asked.

  2. Brand and product health

Track your name next to competitors, spot a defect or service complaint while it is a handful of posts, and measure the recovery.

  3. Event and campaign monitoring

Run a live view through a rally, a launch, a match or a summit, with alerts routed to the people who can respond.

  4. Rumour and misinformation tracking

See a claim's first appearance, its spread path and the accounts amplifying it, with evidence you can quote.

  5. Audience research

Understand what your public cares about, what language they use for it and which voices they trust, before you plan the next message.

Outcomes

What changes when you can hear everything.

  1. Earlier warning

Hours, sometimes days, of lead time on issues that used to arrive as a phone call from a journalist.

  2. Faster, calmer decisions

A written read with evidence attached replaces a scramble to reconstruct what happened.

  3. Regional confidence

Leadership sees the conversation in Ahmedabad, Lagos or Manchester in the same view, with the same rigour.

  4. A record you can stand behind

Every summary points back to the public posts it was built from.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Which platforms does social listening cover?

X, Instagram, YouTube, online news and RSS feeds, plus speech transcription for public video. Coverage is public sources only; Vyuha never accesses private accounts or closed groups.

Do you sample the data?

Not on the subjects you track. Once a topic, entity or hashtag is registered, Vyuha collects the public conversation on it in full so that regional and low-volume signals are not averaged away.

Which languages are supported?

Monitoring, sentiment and summaries work in English, Hindi, Gujarati and 20+ other languages, including mixed-script posts. We add languages on request for enterprise customers.

How quickly do alerts arrive?

Vyuha monitors continuously, 24x7. Alerts are triggered by changes in the shape of a conversation, such as a new claim, actor or region, and are delivered by e-mail or to your own systems depending on your plan.
